Press Tooling

Metal stamping tools for all material types from small progressive dies running on 160Ton machines to large  3400 x 1200 x 600 progressive dies running on our 400Ton H – frame. We are specialists in stainless steel exhaust component tools as well as tools for aluminium HVAC headers, side supports, baffles and brackets for oil coolers, radiators, intercoolers and condensers. Conventional tooling solutions such as drawing, forming, transfer, compound, blanking and piercing dies are available for difficult or low volume and/or limited term projects, not viable for progression.

Plastic Tooling

All types from single cavity standard injection systems to multi cavity, sliding core, hot runner cavity design. External fine-tuning and buy-off to suit customers machine performance requirements.

Checking Fixtures and Gauges

Technique has developed international partners specializing in quality control who provide a cost effective, high quality solution meeting the global standards of all the automotive OEM’s. Customer participation at PPAP design review is critical to ensure functionality, performance and prior experience is shared and incorporated in the design concept. Further fine tuning is implemented and customer approval signed off, before manufacturing commences. Aside from quality tooling and a stable process, this is one of the most important investments to consider, assuring quality over your project term, especially in a high volume, close tolerance environment.
